Haptonomy is about acknowledging, developing and accepting the emotional life and putting it into words. Our body stores all experiences and emotions \u2013 positive and negative. If those negative experiences remain unprocessed, they can externalise in the form of symptoms, ailments and feelings of discomfort. <\/p>\n<p>A prerequisite of connecting to our emotional life is being in touch with our body.
